Waiting for Spring
A work in progress:
This is a new challenge for me as an artist. Colour pen&ink pointillism! I have always loved the outdoors and I find that this medium is perfect for capturing the richness of colours in the early morning light. I have only used six pens - five colours plus black and you have to really plan ahead and think hard in laying down the right colours in the correct order.
The original is 12"x18" on 90lb cold press watercolour paper. It will be available for sale at $1,000 Can, and prints will also be available. This will be part of a series so stayed tuned as this and the other panels progress in development.
